NEW PATIENTS

We are happy to accept new patients living in Redbourn, Markyate, Flamstead, Woodhall Farm and Hunters Oak. You will be registered with the Practice, but you may see whichever doctor you wish.

For full details of our practice boundary please ask to see the map available at reception.

All new patients are required to have a health check with the practice nurse.

If you are on regular medication, you will need to see a doctor before a repeat prescription may be issued.

CHANGE OF PERSONAL DETAILS

Please notify us as soon as possible of any change in Name, Address or telephone number, and any other members of the family who are involved in the change.

This could be vital in an emergency.

PRIVATE (none-NHS) MEDICAL FEES

Private medical services provided by the doctors are charged for and a list of fees is available on request and displayed in the surgery waiting room.

Payments for medical examinations should be made on the date the examination takes place.

Payments for forms left for the doctors' completion are required on collection.
